About Us

Larry & Toni LuzinskiLarry and Toni Luzinski got involved in the auction business in 1982 by serving lunches at auctions. They worked for several auctioneers and eventually started working exclusively for Doc Szatalowicz of Stanley, WI. Toni started clerking and cashiering for Doc, after awhile Larry also started clerking for Doc and they gave up the lunch service. While Larry was serving a tour of duty in Iraq in 2004, he decided to go to auctioneer school and then work with Doc. Unfortunately Doc passed away before that could happen. Larry returned home and then attended the Continental Auctioneers School in Mankato, Minnesota and became a licensed auctioneer in 2005. Larry also became a Certified Personal Property Appraiser and Certified Real Estate Auctioneer while at Auctioneer School. At that time we formed Luzinski Auction Service. Toni is the cashier, and their son Dan does the clerking, he also became a licensed auctioneer in 2008.

On January 1, 2009 Luzinski Auction Service changed their name to Luzinski Auction & Realty LLC when Deb Conway partnered with them as their Real Estate Broker. Deb was with us from 2009 until 2012 when she moved on to start her own Realty Office.

Larry became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2012. He had to have a broker to work with and that is when Paul Smith of American Realty Partner came into the picture. He offered Larry a place with his firm so that Larry could work in the realty business and keep the real estate part of Luzinski Auction & Realty LLC going.
